Muito!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><em><strong>Atualizada em 26 de abril de 2016, \u00e0s 17h35<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><em><strong>Em Tempo:<\/strong><\/em> A Energisa adiou a 4\u00aa rodada de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o, que estava agendada para esta quarta-feira (27), para o pr\u00f3ximo dia 02 de maio, \u00e0s 8h30, em Campinas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><em><strong>Postada em 20 de abril de 2016<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">O Sinergia CUT realizou na segunda-feira (18) assembleias em todos os locais de trabalho da Energisa para repudiar a atitude da empresa que n\u00e3o expurgou os maus resultados da PLR 2015 que comprovadamente n\u00e3o foram de responsabilidade dos trabalhadores. De imediato, o Sindicato mais uma vez enviou correspond\u00eancia cobrando providencias da empresa. No dia seguinte, o Sindicato participou da terceira rodada de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o e f<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">oram discutidos os seguintes t\u00f3picos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Data base: <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Fazer um texto com premissas para alterar a data base<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>;<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Horas Extras: <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">A empresa apresentou uma proposta que reduz os 80% hoje praticados para a forma da lei (50%).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Lanches<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">: <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Nos locais em que <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">n\u00e3o tem conv<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00ea<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">nio, a empresa garantir\u00e1 o reembolso dentro dos crit\u00e9rios estabelecidos; Tamb\u00e9m garantiu fazer ampla divulga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a quest\u00e3o;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>AMH:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> Hav\u00edamos solicitado que o plano voltasse aos moldes de 2013 (onde cada trabalhador tinha direito a 5 consultas por pessoa, hoje tem 3 por grupo familiar), o que foi recusado pela empresa. Pedimos para apresentar a sinistralidade do plano. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">A expectativa \u00e9 que a contra proposta apare\u00e7a na <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Redeprev:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> Ficou pendente para a pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Seguro de vida<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">: A empresa atualizou o valor de R$ 33.164,52 p\/ R$ 36.218,00 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Licen\u00e7a Maternidade:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> Hoje, pratica os 180 dias para as m\u00e3es como empresa cidad\u00e3. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">No entanto<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, com a mudan\u00e7a na licen\u00e7a paternidade dever\u00e1 deixar de ser empresa cidad\u00e3, pois n\u00e3o pretende conceder a licen\u00e7a para os pais <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">para o per\u00edodo de <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">20 dias. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">A inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">manter os 180 dias para as m\u00e3es.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o de F\u00e9rias: <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">pendente para a pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Representante Sindical na EEDVP: <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Acertar texto do Acordo Coletivo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Reembolso Medicamentos:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> Hoje, a empresa concede R$ 127,04 mensal, n\u00e3o cumulativo. A proposta da empresa \u00e9 de implementar um cart\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nico com um valor m\u00e9dio acumulativo de R$ 29,98.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Auxilio Creche \/ Filho portador de defici\u00eancia: <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Pendente para a pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Banco de horas:<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> A empresa quer implementar. Pendente para a pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Reajuste dos \u00edndices econ\u00f4micos<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> (sal\u00e1rios e benef\u00edcios): <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">o percentual oferecido foi de <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">6%.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Diante do cen\u00e1rio colocado, o <\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">S<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">indicato rejeitou a proposta da empresa, a come\u00e7ar pelo \u00edndice econ\u00f4mico que n\u00e3o rep\u00f5e a infla\u00e7\u00e3o do per\u00edodo <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">e<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> muito menos contempla aumento real. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Concordamos em discutir algumas cl<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00e1<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">usulas, por\u00e9m divergimos na retirada de direitos adquiridos, como por exemplo, o percentual de hora extra, e o valor do reembolso de medicamentos. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">A pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00e3o ser\u00e1 no dia 27 de abril, em Catanduva.
